Xerox has officially launched its WorkCentre 3025 multifunction printer in the Indian market at Rs. 17,000. Xerox has launched this printer to meet demand and growing needs of Indian professionals who are working from home owing to the COVID-19 pandemic and the multifunction printer has two variants. There is the WC 3025B (print, scan, copy) variant that is priced at Rs. 17,000 while the WC 3025N (print, scan, copy, fax) variant comes for Rs. 24,000. The printer can be purchased online through Amazon along with Xerox channel partners and retail stores in the country.

The Xerox WorkCentre 3025 multifunction printer integrates four vital attributes into a single device including faxing, copying, printing and scanning. It is tailored for senior professionals and small business owners while ensuring security, greater convenience and value along with possibilities for upgradation of the office-based setup. The printer enables printing from any mobile device (Android or iPad), desktop or laptop with Google Cloud Print, native AirPrint and Mopria along with Android support from any location within the office/home easily via Wi-Fi.

The device is highly productive and versatile, being easy to operate and set up with minimal maintenance requirements and high reliability. It gets a 600MHz processor and LCD panel in front which enables convenient navigation throughout device functions and settings. The weight of the device is 8.6 kilograms and the printer can print a single page swiftly in 8.5 seconds while copying in just 10 seconds. Multiple scan, copy and fax jobs can be processed on media sizes varying between 5.8 x 5.8 in. to 8.5 x 14 in./148 x 148 mm to 216 x 356 mm with a 40-sheet Automatic Document Feeder. One can scan documents in full color or even grey-scale at 600 x 600 dpi resolution in JPEG, PDF and TIFF file formats. The copy features include collation, N-up, ID card copy, automatic background suppression and photo mode. The printer also has several industry-standard features including faxing at 33.6 Kbps with MR/MH/MMR/JBIG compression.
