The brand new Smart App cloud based ecosystem is readily available, ensuring higher reliability, security and overall sustainability which includes the brand new Forest First feature as well.

Instant Ink subscription services have been expanded for covering toner plans which start out from only $1.99 every month. A 6 month free period has been given for Instant Ink printing along with an additional warranty year for the HP+ portfolio as well. The solution can be purchased at Staples.com and will launch in stores this month itself throughout the USA. It will launch with the OfficeJet Pro 8000 and 9000 series and also the newly unveiled HP LaserJet M200 series. This will globally roll out from 2021 onwards. The President of Imaging, Printing and Solutions, HP Inc, Tuan Tran, stated that HP+ will be the future solution for mainstream printing, marking a core shift in the whole experience of printing as well. The best innovation in the field has now been combined into an extensive solution for small businesses and consumers alike, complete with category-best hardware, subscription service for supplies and toner and best printing apps on the cloud.

Staples’ Chief Merchandising Officer, Peter Scala, stated that Staples is happy to offer small businesses and homes a complete printing solution with HP+ and with the return to work economy gaining momentum, solutions such as these will enable flourishing of small businesses while helping people stay more productive and connected at the same time. HP+ will function easily with original HP toner and ink enabling the most reliable, premier quality and eco-friendly printing experiences.

New toner printing plans are readily available for Instant Ink subscriptions and toner will be delivered to the doorsteps of customers prior to the same running out. New connected cloud is a part of HP+ Smart App features which automatically fixes and detects connectivity issues, enabling printing as per requirements. There are new Smart Security settings and tracking systems for combating and detecting attacks via malware. There is native in-OS printing solutions for printing out documents from almost anywhere and any possible device. Private Pickup is another new feature which releases documents solely when the user is sitting at the printer. Forest First is another feature where every page that is printed, is balanced out with investments for enabling restoration and safeguarding of forests.
